Placing Your Orders

Visit our website or download our application on Google Play Store.

Choose the location where you want goods to be purchased and collected.

Select the products or Hampers that you would like to purchase.

Proceed to checkout and provide the necessary information requested

Use the order reference generated after checking out when making payment into our bank account provided.

Once money reflect into our account, you will get a notification via email with order status and collection details.

Recipient must bring proof of identification and reference number for collection.

Please keep proof of payment till goods are collected.
Note that proof of payment does not guarantee that money has reflected in our account.
Collection
-
Payment must be confirmed and order finalized.

Time of collection will be sent to the sender to communicate with the recipient.

Reference number received when creating order must still be used for collection. No collection will be made without reference number.

Recipient must bring ID for collection and there will be no collection of goods if ID is not produced.

Goods will be disbursed once the above requirements are met.
